I could talk about the soft, beachy sound that Peach Pit creates in You and Your Friends or the cool fact that Peach Pit wears the same outfit for every performance, but I mainly think of family when I listen to this album.

My sister (@carolinesinegar) recently moved to Washington, D.C. for Law School, making 2020 the first year that we’d be living in different states indefinitely. We felt we needed to find a way to stay more deeply connected in our time apart, so we thought to create playlists for each other. Her addition Shampoo Bottles by Peach Pit stood out to me for its guitar riff and lyrical vulnerability. This whole album is unique and catchy, but it's also an honest reflection of human experience. definitely should be included in your next musical binge!!
