Few people hit the charts like Brooks & Dunn did with their debut album Brand New Man. Selling over 6 million copies in the United States alone, the album produced iconic country hits like line-dancing classic Boot Scootin’ Boogie, heartache anthem Neon Moon, and the album’s namesake, rock love song Brand New Man. Initially two solo artists, Ronnie Dunn and Kix Brooks were both signed to record labels trying to make their careers take off, but nothing seems to work. When a producer suggested they try working together, magic happened. The duo released 11 more studio albums and 5 greatest hits collections after Brand New Man, becoming internationally known in their own right and becoming one of the hottest duet partners in the industry for other country megastars, namely Reba McEntire.
